China Asset Management (ChinaAMC) and Franklin Templeton announced the signing of a strategic cooperation memorandum of understanding in Shenzhen on October 28. The agreement establishes a framework for collaboration across joint product development, market insight sharing, and investment expertise exchange.
Subject to regulatory approval, the two asset managers plan to explore co-branded ETF products under multiple structures, including Hong Kong-listed funds, European UCITS vehicles, and US ETFs.
