Zerohash Europe has been granted an Electronic Money Institution (EMI) license by the Dutch Central Bank (DNB), making it the first entity to hold both an EU MiCA crypto asset regulatory license and an EMI license. This dual licensing allows Zerohash to offer both crypto asset services and electronic money services across the European Economic Area (EEA). The European Banking Authority (EBA) had previously stipulated that businesses involved in stablecoin payment flows must obtain an EMI license, underscoring the significance of Zerohash's achievement.
