Yuga Labs has identified a temporary issue preventing holders of ERC721C and ERC1155C NFTs from claiming assets through its claim portal. Users can bypass current restrictions by enabling "7702 delegate OTC" in transfer validator settings or whitelisting designated Ethereum and ApeChain addresses as 7702 delegates. The company expects to resolve the issue for Yuga-controlled collections by tomorrow.
Separately, the asset claim website for the Payment Processor vulnerability NFT theft incident is now live. Affected users whose NFTs were previously safeguarded can submit claims but must first revoke authorization to the Payment Processor before proceeding.
