A proposed solution involves allowing re-registration without publicly verifiable evidence, which would require the system to have the authority to manage this process. To address potential misuse, the introduction of multiple orb manufacturers and trusted hardware attestation has been suggested. This would enable the system to revoke the authority of any orb manufacturer found to be acting maliciously, ensuring the integrity of identity verification.
