World, the identity project co-founded by OpenAI CEO Sam Altman, has introduced AgentKit, a development tool enabling AI agents to carry human-backed cryptographic proofs via World ID. The tool integrates with Coinbase and Cloudflare's x402 protocol, embedding stablecoin micropayments at the internet communication layer to facilitate automated transactions by AI agents. World projects that the AI agent economy could reach a scale of $3 trillion to $5 trillion by 2030.
