London-based stablecoin payment infrastructure company Velocity completed a $10 million Series A extension, lifting the total round to $48 million at a $200 million post-money valuation.
Investors include Visa Ventures, Circle Ventures, Haun Ventures, Ripple, Translink Capital and Mirana Ventures. Velocity provides backend systems for payment companies and banks to settle transactions with stablecoins, manage liquidity and run treasury operations without replacing existing infrastructure. The company completed an oversubscribed $38 million Series A in July.
