The project, which aims to replicate the success of the Plasma project, has attracted investments from Dragonfly, Arbitrum, YZI Labs, and Bulish. USDai plans to allocate 38% of its reserves to U.S. Treasury bonds and 62% to GPU-related lending, capitalizing on the rising demand for AI computing power. The team, known for co-founding the NFT lending protocol MetaStreet, anticipates launching its token generation event in 2025.
