The U.S. Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control has sanctioned multiple cryptocurrency addresses associated with the Cuban regime. Announced on July 13, the sanctions target addresses on the Tron, Dogecoin, Solana, Dash, Zcash, and Litecoin networks, as well as Bitcoin and Ethereum. These measures also affect entities linked to the Cuban Association of Revolutionary Fighters and the Cuban Ministry of Tourism.
Additionally, the sanctions freeze accounts controlled by Ukrainian citizen Dmytro Rashevskyi and Belarusian citizen Yevgeniy Vladimirovich Silayev. The individuals are accused of conducting virtual instrument operations that harm U.S. interests.
