U.S. prosecutors have recommended a 12-year prison sentence for Do Kwon, co-founder of Terraform Labs, citing his involvement in extensive fraudulent activities. In court documents filed with a New York federal judge, prosecutors described Kwon's actions as "massive" and deserving of severe punishment. They highlighted that Kwon's deceitful practices led to significant disruptions in the cryptocurrency sector, including the collapse of the FTX exchange. U.S. District Judge Paul Engelmayer is set to deliver the sentence on December 11th.
