Uniswap is set to launch a new "Auctions" feature on its web application on February 2, enhancing its platform with the Continuous Clearing Auctions (CCA) protocol. This addition will enable users to discover, bid on, and claim tokens directly through the interface. The CCA protocol, part of Uniswap v4, is designed to facilitate on-chain price discovery and liquidity guidance for project teams before tokens become widely traded.
The CCA protocol has already seen successful use, with Aztec raising $60 million through it in November 2025. Currently, CCA contracts are operational on Ethereum, Unichain, Arbitrum, and Base, broadening the reach and utility of Uniswap's decentralized finance offerings.
