While the front-end service charge has been removed, underlying protocol costs remain in effect for all users. Pool fees continue to apply to every transaction regardless of the interface change. Additionally, gas costs are handled differently depending on the swap type: classic swaps require separate gas payments, while UniswapX integrates these costs directly into execution prices.
