As of the end of 2025, the Foundation held $49.9 million in cash and stablecoins, alongside 15.1 million UNI tokens and 240 ETH, with the token holdings valued at $85.8 million. The Foundation's funding runway is expected to last until January 2027. In 2025, the Foundation committed $26 million in new grants, disbursing $11 million. In the fourth quarter alone, $5.8 million in grants were committed, with $2.1 million disbursed. Operating expenses for the year totaled $9.7 million, excluding employee token awards. Additionally, through the Uniswap Unleashed proposal, the Foundation received 20.3 million UNI tokens from the Uniswap Treasury, valued at approximately $114 million at year-end prices.
