Tokenized securities platform tZERO completed a new financing round led by Marc Cohodes and Max Cohodes, with participation from existing investors Intercontinental Exchange, Bill Fleckenstein, partner Dinari and others. Neighborhood Intelligence also committed to participate in the round. The funding will support tZERO’s expansion of tokenized financial market infrastructure, business operations and its next growth phase. The company is building infrastructure for tokenization, trading, custody and asset services, and plans to expand into derivatives, prediction markets and spot crypto infrastructure services.
