Starknet's AMM protocol mySwap has suffered a significant exploit, resulting in the loss of approximately $300,000 from its liquidity pools. The vulnerability affected the mySwap CL protocol, which has been inactive for over six months, with no new liquidity injections accepted during this period. The stolen funds were primarily residual LP positions spread across more than 100,000 positions.
The attacker managed to bridge the stolen assets and utilized Railgun to obscure the transaction flows, nearly depleting all remaining liquidity in the protocol. mySwap has confirmed the incident and is currently assessing the full impact of the exploit.
