Physical AI chip company SiMa.ai has secured $150 million in Series C funding, bringing its total capital raised to $500 million and valuation to $1.45 billion. The round was co-led by Fidelity Management & Research Company and Amplify, with participation from Alter Venture Partners, Dell Technologies Capital, Maverick Capital, Point72, and StepStone Group. The company will deploy the new capital to scale its Palette Neat physical AI platform and develop next-generation dedicated physical AI chips. SiMa.ai plans to launch the new chips in the first half of 2028, targeting compute performance of up to 1,000 TOPS.
