AI infrastructure company Verda has secured $189 million in new funding led by Emergence Capital, reaching a valuation of at least $1 billion. The round included participation from MUFG Innovation Partners, Super Micro Computer, Varma Mutual Pension Insurance, and Lifeline Ventures. Verda provides full-stack AI cloud services spanning physical data centers, computing hardware, and platform services. The company will deploy the capital to accelerate product development across its AI cloud platform and significantly expand compute capacity over the next year while advancing international expansion across Europe, the United States, and Asia.
