Ripple has announced a partnership with Bullish, enabling Ripple Prime clients to trade Bitcoin (BTC) options on the Bullish institutional digital asset exchange. This integration allows institutional clients to access advanced trading strategies and deep liquidity using Ripple's native infrastructure and assets. The collaboration aims to enhance the trading opportunities for Ripple users, including strategies like "Long Call" and "Bull Call Spread," which are now available for XRP and RLUSD traders.
The partnership also allows Ripple Prime customers to trade BTC options directly on Bullish's regulated market, the second-largest for crypto-settled BTC options. Clients can use the RLUSD stablecoin for collateral or trade settlements without additional KYC requirements. Despite XRP's price remaining relatively stable at $1.37, the integration is seen as a significant step towards increasing the adoption of XRP and RLUSD within the Ripple ecosystem.
