Ripple is advancing its European strategy by engaging with Luxembourg's Finance Minister to discuss digital asset policies and its regional growth plans. Ripple Payments Europe S.A., based in Luxembourg, is pursuing an Electronic Money Institution license under the MiCA framework, aiming to extend its services across the European Economic Area. Additionally, Ripple has partnered with Bahrain Fintech Bay to pilot blockchain-based payment systems and promote its RLUSD stablecoin. Earlier this year, Ripple bolstered its stablecoin capabilities by acquiring compliance infrastructure firm Rail for $200 million.
