Revolut, the crypto-friendly digital bank, has reached a valuation of $115 billion following an employee share sale, marking a 53% increase from its $75 billion valuation last November. This surge makes Revolut Europe's most valuable private company, surpassing Barclays' market cap of approximately $95 billion. The share sale, priced at $2,017 each, allowed employees and existing shareholders to sell stock without raising new capital. Revolut reported a pre-tax profit of $2.3 billion for 2025, a 57% increase year-over-year, with revenue climbing 46% to $6 billion. The company boasts over 75 million customers and offers trading in over 200 crypto tokens through its main app, alongside asset transfers and staking. Revolut also operates the standalone crypto exchange Revolut X and has secured a MiCA license, a UK banking license, and is pursuing a US national bank charter. The company has previously indicated plans for a future IPO with a potential valuation of up to $200 billion.
