Cross-chain protocol Relay has announced the discontinuation of its Vaults product as it prepares to launch an updated version. New deposits are now disabled, and existing users must withdraw their funds via the designated withdrawal page before December 31, 2026. After this deadline, withdrawals will remain possible directly through the smart contract. The legacy Vaults service allowed users to provide liquidity to the protocol but is being retired to facilitate the upcoming product upgrade. Relay confirmed that this transition will not impact other platform features, with Swap, payment services, and existing integrations continuing to operate normally.
