Chainlink has launched CCIP Vault Adapters, a new cross-chain deposit infrastructure enabling vault providers to accept deposits from over 80 blockchain networks. Built on the Chainlink Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP), the solution allows vaults to maintain strategy execution and accounting on a single chain while receiving capital from multiple sources through a one-click integration. Major DeFi protocols including Aave, Lombard, and Maple have already adopted the CCIP Vault Adapters. The infrastructure streamlines cross-chain liquidity aggregation for vault operators, eliminating the need for complex multi-chain deployments while preserving centralized accounting and risk management on the home chain.
