Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) Blockchain Technology Research Center and the Ethereum Foundation have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on February 10 to establish a long-term partnership focused on blockchain research and talent development. The agreement aims to deepen academic research, advance Web3-related fields, and support the training of master's and doctoral students in blockchain disciplines. Additionally, the Ethereum Foundation will fund scholarships to reward outstanding students in blockchain technology and cybersecurity projects.
