Polygon has released version v2.7.3 of its Bor execution layer client for the Polygon PoS network, applicable to both the Amoy testnet and mainnet. This maintenance update, announced on May 8, introduces improvements and bug fixes, particularly enhancing pre-confirmations and private transaction relaying. A key change in this update is the enforcement of a 10-minute time-to-live (TTL) for private transactions. If a private transaction is not included in a block within this timeframe, it will be removed from the private pool and transferred to the public network. Users can increase the gas fee to send an alternative transaction if the original remains unmined, thereby improving its chances of inclusion.
