Charlie Noyes, the first employee and a general partner at Paradigm, has announced his resignation. Noyes, who joined the venture capital firm at 19, shared the news via Twitter. Despite stepping down, he will remain involved with Kalshi as a board observer, working alongside Paradigm founder Matt Huang.
