The platform aims to establish an "attention market" where users can bet on the longevity of social media trends, akin to a "trend stock market." Noise plans to launch on the Base mainnet, incubated by Coinbase, in the coming months. Previous investors in the pre-seed round include Figment Capital and Anagram.
