NFT platform Magic Eden has transitioned its native multi-chain wallet to an "export-only" mode as of April 1, 2026. The wallet has been removed from major app stores, and users can now only export their private keys or seed phrases, with no new transactions or activities possible. This follows Magic Eden's closure of its Bitcoin and EVM trading platforms, including Ethereum, Polygon, and Avalanche, in early March. Users are advised to transfer their assets to other wallets promptly. The wallet service is set to cease entirely on May 1, after which private keys will no longer be retrievable through the app.
