This new vault leverages HSBC's Dowsure e-commerce financing capabilities and is structured with a 90-day term. It is backed by accounts receivable and repayment cash flows from established merchants on major global e-commerce platforms, providing them with essential working capital. The vault employs two key mechanisms to ensure merchant repayment: an automated repayment routing system integrated with e-commerce platforms, and a dual-lock account control mechanism. These systems prioritize the collection of merchant payments and secure repayment pathways, ensuring reliability and protection against defaults. Unlike traditional on-chain yield structures, this vault is based on a proven cash flow system that has been effective in real-world commercial settings.
