Ledger has introduced the CL Card, a Visa-branded crypto card that enables users to spend Bitcoin while retaining self-custody of their assets. Developed in collaboration with Baanx, the card offers 1% cashback in Bitcoin and allows for direct salary conversion to BTC. Additionally, Ledger has partnered with Concordium to facilitate secure, privacy-focused payments using stablecoins from hardware wallets. The CL Card is now available in the U.S., excluding New York and Vermont, representing a significant regulatory advancement for crypto financial tools. Ledger's strategic partnerships with Alpine Formula 1, the San Antonio Spurs, and Balenciaga aim to further integrate cryptocurrency into lifestyle and cultural sectors.
