Announced on May 29th via Rarible's X platform, the acquisition does not affect the RARI Foundation ecosystem or the management of RARI tokens, which remain under the control of their respective foundation entities. The team has committed to ongoing support for artists, collectors, and the community, with further plans to be disclosed in the future.
