The suspension of small-amount withdrawals began on December 1st, attributed to external environmental changes and a spike in withdrawal requests. On-chain audits revealed that Ethereum-related addresses were depleted by October, with the last significant transfer on November 3rd. Tron addresses were exhausted by November 28th, after which new addresses were used to collect user funds without transferring them to ordinary users.
