Huawei Cloud CEO Zhou Yuefeng announced plans to launch a series of 'Lobster' agents in the second half of 2026. These agents, designed to enhance office productivity, coding, and marketing, will be based on the AgentArts platform. The announcement was made at the Huawei China Partner Conference 2026, where Zhou also highlighted Huawei's commitment to open-sourcing its Pangu large models and integrating over 160 industry-leading models into its MaaS Tokens service. Huawei aims to offer differentiated capabilities in post-training and will introduce additional industry-specific agents, including the enterprise-grade AgentArts and DataArts platforms, this year.
