Hong Kong-based stablecoin payment firm RedotPay is planning a U.S. IPO, aiming for a valuation of up to $1 billion. The fintech company, which offers global payment services using stablecoins, recently completed a $107 million Series B funding round. This round was led by Goodwater Capital and included investments from Pantera Capital, Blockchain Capital, and Circle Ventures. RedotPay boasts over 6 million registered users across more than 100 markets worldwide, with existing investors such as HSG (formerly Sequoia Capital China).
