Gonka, a decentralized AI computing network, has announced that its computing power now exceeds 5,000 H100-equivalent GPUs. This expansion enables the network to support large-scale AI model training and global inference services across nearly 20 major AI devices, including models like 3080, 4090, and H100. The network's growth has resulted in an average daily reward of approximately 106.69 GNK per H100.
Gonka operates on a community-driven decentralized architecture, utilizing on-chain verifiable consensus mechanisms to distribute GNK incentives. The network aims to establish a globally accessible, transparent, and auditable AI computing infrastructure. Gonka was incubated by Product Science Inc., a U.S.-based AI development company founded by the Libermans siblings, former core product directors at Snap Inc. The company raised $18 million in 2023 from investors such as Coatue Management and Benchmark partners.
