Max Glass, a former executive of RWA Company, has filed a lawsuit in Delaware Chancery Court, alleging wrongful termination and breach of fiduciary duty. Glass claims he was excluded from a profitable stablecoin venture, M^0, developed in collaboration with CrossLend GmbH. The lawsuit accuses Gregory DiPrisco and Joseph Quintilian of misappropriating a business opportunity and hiding the connection between RWA and M^0. M^0, a stablecoin infrastructure provider, is backed by investors such as Wintermute Ventures and Galaxy. It played a key role in launching MetaMask's mUSD in August. Glass is seeking punitive damages, reinstatement, and an injunction to protect his ownership rights in M^0.
