An attack on Ethereum targeted an unidentified user’s Safe multisignature wallet, resulting in approximately $7.73 million in rsETH losses, according to Blockaid monitoring. The attacker introduced a custom Uni V4 LP Safe module into a hook-enabled liquidity pool created through a public keeper multicall. The hook then unwrapped aEthrsETH into rsETH, while Yoink MEV completed the extraction within the same block. Two transactions have been confirmed as causing the loss.
