In an interview on December 29, 2025, Stanczak explained that responsibilities are assigned based on who initiates a task first. He focuses on external communications and public engagement, while his counterpart handles internal communications, operational coordination, and treasury and DeFi matters. Despite operating independently in daily tasks, the directors maintain regular communication on key issues, adjusting responsibilities flexibly across different stages and regions.
