The Estonian Financial Supervision and Resolution Authority has issued an investor warning against BB Trade Estonia OÜ, the operator of Polish crypto exchange Zondacrypto. The warning cites a violation of the EU's MiCA Article 9(1) due to the failure to publicly disclose a white paper for the TeamPL token on its website. No fines have been announced yet. This warning comes as Zondacrypto faces scrutiny in Poland over issues related to user withdrawals and access to a cold wallet containing approximately 4,500 BTC.
