El Salvador's National Bitcoin Office has unveiled 'Bitcoin Diploma 2.0,' a revamped public education program set to be implemented in 2026. The initiative includes newly printed textbooks designed to enhance students' understanding of Bitcoin and financial concepts through animations and real-world examples. This program builds on the previous 'What is Money?' project, aiming to deepen the financial literacy of El Salvadoran youth. Stacy Herbert, Director of the National Bitcoin Office, emphasized the importance of the new textbooks in solidifying students' grasp of money's nature. The office has also opened a new teaching location in Panchimarco, with plans to expand to Apopa, further integrating Bitcoin education into the national curriculum.
