Deploi has launched a direct issuance framework for digital private credit on the Polygon blockchain, following ISIN allocations from Nasdaq CSD for its UK Consumer Credit Notes. The first issuance, Series 2026/CON/001, allows for regulated digital debt issuance with individual notes up to EUR 5 million. This initiative is part of Deploi's plan for a EUR 1 billion note program in 2026, with potential expansion to EUR 5 billion by the end of Q3 2026.
Assetera, an EU-regulated DLT trading platform, will facilitate the issuance and settlement, ensuring compliance with MiFID II. The platform has already lined up EUR 100 million in additional issuance over the next six months, indicating strong institutional demand. Deploi aims to modernize the private credit market by replacing outdated, manual processes with scalable, programmable issuance and settlement systems, enhancing transparency and efficiency for institutional investors.
