Decentralized wireless protocol DAWN has successfully raised $13 million in a Series B funding round led by Polychain Capital. Built on the Solana blockchain, DAWN enables individuals and institutions to deploy wireless nodes, own and operate broadband infrastructure, and earn rewards based on coverage quality and demand. The newly acquired funds will be used to expand network coverage in the United States and advance international deployment, including an initial rollout in Accra, Ghana. Additionally, DAWN plans to launch the Black Box terminal device, which supports multiple blockchain ecosystems.
