Crypto.com’s U.S.-regulated derivatives exchange, North American Derivatives Exchange (Nadex), has completed registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission to trade securities futures products via OG.com. The registration became effective on September 14 and supports the planned launch of single-stock futures in the U.S. market, according to CEO Kris Marszalek.
The company is now working with both the SEC and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission to apply for listing single-stock perpetual futures. This initiative aims to combine digital asset market mechanisms with U.S. capital markets, offering equity-like contract products with no fixed maturity date.
