CoinFund has announced the spin-off of its liquidity strategy business into a separate entity, which will be led by Seth Ginns and Chris Perkins. Following the transition, both Ginns and Perkins will step down from their operational roles at CoinFund. The firm will now concentrate on seed-stage and growth-stage Web3 projects, with leadership from Jake Brukhman, Alex Felix, and David Pakman. This strategic move aims to enhance the development of both investment strategies, providing better service to limited partners and Web3 entrepreneurs.
