Cobo, a provider of digital asset custody and wallet solutions, has launched the Adoption Clearing Layer (ACL), a payment incentive settlement layer. This new offering is open to public blockchains, stablecoin issuers, and payment institutions, aiming to build a stablecoin payment network based on real transactions. ACL provides multi-chain payment routing and incentive settlement capabilities, linking ecosystem incentive budgets directly to actual payment transactions to create a growth loop centered on transactions. Initial partners include Aptos and Morph, with transactions through ACL eligible for up to 15 basis points in rebates, enhancing on-chain transaction volumes and providing sustainable revenue for payment institutions.
