Backed Finance has introduced xBridge, a cross-chain bridge utilizing Chainlink's Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP), to facilitate the transfer of tokenized stocks, known as xStocks, between Ethereum and Solana. This innovative bridge ensures data consistency by tracking corporate actions such as stock splits and dividends across different blockchains. Currently in its pilot phase, xBridge plans to extend its capabilities to additional networks, including Mantle and TRON, enhancing the interoperability of tokenized assets across major blockchain platforms.
