Cryptocurrency exchange Bybit is embroiled in a legal dispute after mistakenly transferring approximately $15.3 million USDT to a partner due to a program error. Of this amount, about $1.739 million USDT remains unrecovered. In February, the Seoul Northern District Court ruled in the first instance that the assets should be returned or compensation of approximately 2.55 billion Korean won should be paid. The involved parties have recently appealed, and the case is now proceeding to the second instance.
