Crypto exchange Bullish has announced its acquisition of global transfer agent Equiniti for approximately $4.2 billion, including debt. The deal aims to enhance services for corporate issuers by offering securities tokenization, 24/7 trading, and stablecoin-based payment and settlement solutions. Equiniti currently provides shareholder services to nearly 3,000 public companies, including Berkshire Hathaway and Moody's.
