Boundless has introduced 'Boundless for Rollups', a new solution providing rapid finality for OP Stack Rollups using zero-knowledge (ZK) proofs. This approach replaces traditional interactive dispute mechanisms with ZK proofs, reducing costs to approximately $0.04 per billion cycles. The solution allows Rollups to switch flexibly between ZK Fault Proof and Validity Proof modes, achieving finality in minutes instead of 24 hours. Rollups such as BOB, SOON, and MegaETH are already utilizing Boundless on the mainnet.
