BNB Smart Chain has successfully implemented the Osaka/Mendel hard fork upgrade on its mainnet. This upgrade aims to enhance execution capabilities, stabilize network performance, and accelerate transaction finality amid growing on-chain activity. The hard fork includes nine protocol improvements designed to strengthen the underlying infrastructure following previous network speed enhancements.
