Bitwise has submitted an S-1 registration statement to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for the launch of a Uniswap Spot ETF. Managed by Bitwise Investment Advisers, the ETF will have Coinbase Custody as its custodian. While the ETF does not currently engage in staking, future amendments to the registration documents may introduce this feature.
