BitMine Immersion Technologies has successfully raised $18 million through a public offering of 2.25 million shares priced at $8 each. Furthermore, BitMine's stock will commence trading on the NYSE American exchange under the ticker 'BMNR' from June 5, 2025, transitioning from its previous listing on the OTCQX market.
